Field Team Members (FTMs): FTMs are specialized in specific maintenance functions and are assigned responsibilities accordingly.
Team Leader: A supervisor is designated Team Leader and will be responsible for making certain all daily maintenance objectives as outlined in the Specifications Reports are achieved. This member reports directly to the Account Manager.
Account Manager: An assigned account representative will routinely conduct quality control inspections based on the Team Leader’s Performance Rating Reports. Proactive measures will be taken to ensure a high degree of quality services are constantly maintained.
Work is scheduled according to corporate/individual facility requests.
